Victory’s very own co-founder Bill Covaleski will be in attendance to educate beer lovers about the local beers unveiling through the night. (Covaleski happens to be good friends with Nectar’s chef Patrick Feury—who also is a beer fanatic—so you can expect the night’s pairings to be truly one of a kind.)
The cost of the dinner is $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are strongly recommended as seating limited. Night’s menu as follows.
